Delete your account and data

In the app or on the website:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Profile.
3. At the bottom of the page, choose Delete account.
4. Type the confirmation word shown on the screen and your password, then confirm.

By email: write to contact@freegelatobalancing.app from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 15 days.

• Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out on every device.
• Your public profile and public recipes disappear right away.
• After 30 days, your recipes, ingredients, diary, profile and photos are permanently deleted.
• Within those 30 days, you can ask us to cancel the deletion by writing to contact@freegelatobalancing.app.

• Purchase records (name, email, product and amount, plus the brief you sent if you ordered a custom recipe), for 5 years, as required by tax law.
• Short technical server logs, for the limited period needed for security and required by law.
• Aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
